Nurse Practitioner Candidate & Diabetes Educator

Kate is an experienced nurse and diabetes educator with a passion for all classifications of diabetes. She has experience in both the public and private hospital sector. Kate is eager to help you with your goals; whether that be travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, or running a marathon. In Kate’s spare time, she likes to spend time with her dog and travel when she can.
Jo Van Strien

Credentialed Diabetes Educator

Jo is an experienced educator who is passionate about seeing people live their best lives despite living with a chronic condition. Jo has 35 years of personal experience with type 1 diabetes and has been working in a diabetes educator role for over 20 years. Jo also specialises in gestational diabetes care and type 2 diabetes management.

Specialising in diabetes, disordered eating, weight management, paediatrics, women’s health, and gastrointestinal conditions, she offers person-centred care that fits your life. Registered Nurse & Support Worker

Taleah is an experienced nurse who doubles as a support worker! She loves sharing her knowledge in living with a chronic condition and acting as a mentor for those battling long term diagnoses. On top of this, she is also an experienced nurse across primary care, medical wards, maternity/midwifery and paediatric wards.
